E-learning stress management package
"People Like Us" (PLUS) is a new and unique e-learning package for employees. Devised in 2005, it complements the
HSE Management Standards for Stress, and supports employers who strive to achieve the standards.
Stress is a major cause of absence from work, so training in stress management is as vital as training in handling dangerous substances, or fire prevention, or working at heights. Unlike most H
& S factors, stress potentially affects everyone, so all employees should receive stress management training.
E-learning provides an attractive alternative to classroom training for most employees.

you get to see who started the course, who finished, and (from the results of some short quizzes) how well they absorbed the content.
